- UPI & Digital Wallets: Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm and other UPI-enabled platforms.
- Net Banking: Direct payment through your bank’s online portal.
- EMI Options: Available on select higher-value products such as wheelchairs or custom-fit braces (subject to bank approval).
Is My Transaction Safe?
All transactions are processed through RBI-compliant and secure payment gateways such as Razorpay or PayU.
- 128-bit SSL encryption is used to secure all payment data.
- We do not store your full card number or CVV details in our database.
- Your payment details are encrypted and processed securely by the payment gateway.
Are There Any Hidden Costs?
No. The amount displayed at checkout is the final payable amount.
- GST: All applicable taxes are included in the product price.
- Shipping Charges: If applicable, shipping fees are clearly shown before payment confirmation.
What Happens if a Payment Fails?
If your payment fails but the amount is deducted, please follow these steps:
- Check your internet connection and refresh the page.
- Wait for 5–7 business days — most banks automatically reverse failed transactions.
- If the issue persists, contact us for assistance.

Order Confirmation
Once your payment is successfully processed:
- You will receive an email confirmation.
- An SMS notification will be sent to your registered mobile number.
- An official GST tax invoice will be included with your shipment.

To protect our customers and prevent fraudulent activity, certain transactions may be temporarily placed on hold if they appear unusual.
In such cases, our support team may contact you to verify order details before dispatching the shipment.
