Return policy
We offer returns and exchanges within 7 days from the date of your purchase.
If more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a return, exchange, or refund.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
- The item must have its original packaging.
- Items purchased on sale or discount may not be eligible for return or exchange.
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
Some product categories may be non-returnable or non-refundable. These will be clearly specified at the time of purchase.
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you via email. If approved after quality check, your request for return or exchange will be processed as per our policy.
Replacement Policy
Replacement will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of receiving the Order, except for our non-returnable products and high-value products. The replacement will take place on thorough inspection of the product.
If there is any issue with respect to size or color, we promise to get it replaced as per the product availability.
In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the Website or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our Customer Service within 7 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team will look into your complaint and will take an appropriate decision such that neither of our customers receive unsatisfactory products.
Please note the Replacement policy requires customers to return the product to our Warehouse before a replacement can be issued, and the shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the Product.
